SHIPPING POLICY

Original paintings & art prints can be shipped

or if you live close by, delivered in-person.

The time frame for Commissioned Artwork to be finished can vary. A 4" x 4" painting can take a few days where a 24" x 36" painting can take 4-6 weeks. Add to this the time it will take to ship. I can let you know before purchasing a commission how booked I am and when I can get started on you request.

 

All prints are custom printed on demand, therefore, please allow up to 14 business days of printing and packing time before artwork is shipped out. Additional shipping time begins after this production time, and can be 5-7 business days for domestic ground services (within lower 48). If you need something more urgently than this, please first reach out at email or call instead of placing your order and we will see what we can do for you.

 

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-­­Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.

Shipping costs include: costs of shipping materials, cost of shipment, and insurance for item. I use USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

LOCAL DELIVERY: I gladly offer local delivery if you live within 10 miles of Power and San Tan Blvd. 

If you purchase more than one piece of art, or live locally for pick-up/drop off, I will refund you any shipping overages. Feel free to contact me ahead of time if you think you will need any shipping modifications.

International Shipping

Customer is responsible for any added custom fees or international taxes.

 

International shipping is available to certain locations and is limited to standard artwork sizes only. Please make an inquiry to our email below to see if we ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10­ to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

Address Changes:

 

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at nicole@mccaigue.com. This includes out­­-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will  e responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Due to our mission and associated business model, we only offer returns if you receive the incorrect order or if your order arrives damaged. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to notify us. When you make a purchase from Nicole McCaigue she gets paid following that purchase, therefore, we appreciate your understanding of our return policy.

 

LOST PACKAGES

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.

Refund Policy

*Commission deposits are non-refundable.

*Refunds of physical artwork must be made within 7 days after you receive the painting. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can have a full refund once the item is returned to me in it's original packaging and condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

I take every care to ensure proper packaging and safe delivery and all paintings are shipped fully insured. If an item is damaged in transit please notify me immediately and send a photo of the damaged item. You will receive a full refund for any damages made during transit.
